Does anyone know what time Guest Relations opens up? Is it different on EMH or non EMH days? Thanks!

The Guest Relations windows outside the turnstiles open one hour before the park opening time (EMH or regular hours doesn't matter, 1 hour prior to opening the gates there will be someone there).
