What time Does Disney Send the Account and Activation emails for Resale?????

Curious if there is any rhyme or reason on time of day when Disney typically sends the first email for your new DVC Account when buying resale? I know there are two emails typically hours apart but was hoping people that have done this can post time of day when receiving 1st email

Got my activation code first around 445pm and the membership number email about an hour or so later.

We got our first DVC account email on our first contract (a resale) on a Saturday evening. I imagine it's just "whenever."

The anxiety this process comes with is unreal. I was beginning to think maybe I deleted it on accident. When it came through it was clear as day what it was so no way I would’ve missed it.

Had to dig through my emails, but the activation email came through at 10:55 am and the membership email came through at 7:22 pm. So there can be a big gap between the emails and this was for my direct contract.

That is what killed my timing. I called myself checking spam, but missed it. Only to find it a week or so later. Kicking myself for not making them a trusted site.

I believe our first email came at like 8am Central and I had email #2 around 1pm. Our points showed up crazy fast. I figured it would take a bit but it was within minutes.

Just went through this twice. Title recorded on 6/26, got email on 7/16 and points on 7/17; Title recorded on 6/28, got email on 7/19 and points on 7/21. So about three weeks.
