what time does dinner at Cindy's start??

According to where i've read - LUNCH at Cinderella's castle is 12-3...

But i can't figure out when DINNER starts.... is it presumptuous to assume that dinner starts at 3????

I don't know exactly when dinner starts, but we have a 4:10 dinner reservation in October. Maybe 4:00?
