What time does CRO close and....

is there a better time than another to call? I was just thinking of calling and it is about 915pm here. I just wondered if you get tired, cranky CM's this late or has the rush died down and it is best to call late in the evening?

I believe they closet at 9pm Eastern Time If not it's DEFINETLY 10pm Eastern Time
