What time does CA open for WOC FP?

If the schedule states CA opens at 10am do the gates open at 10am or earlier? I want to run over and get FP's for WoC while the rest of my family is at DL.

The gates open at 9:30, you can get a FP for Soarin' and you can get in line for a FP for WoC. WoC FP will be available at 10 am.

At least that was the case last time we got a WoC FP, that was in December.
