What time does Animation Academy open?

I'm working on my schedule for our trip and I am wondering how early the animation academy opens? My girls will love drawing a character.

I just looked at my times guide from December and it is not listed as having hours different from the park hours. I think the shows started on the hour and half hour, but I don't know if they can get a 9 AM one in or not. I doubt it is the first place that many people go.

The first show begins close to 9:30 and finishes before 10:00.

We usually hit TSMM first right at rope drop then head to the animation studio next. There is hardly anyone there that early. And you can skip the presentation and just head into the area where the class is done if you want to save some time.
