I also get up between 5 and 530. I have to be to work by 7:35. I am a morning person and clean my house, and have a leisurely morning reading, watching the news, and having breakfast. On the weekends, I'm always up by 7. I couldn't sleep later if I tried.
Up at 5 a.m. Do either my walking tapes or yoga for 45 minutes, prep the breakfast stuff, take a shower, get dressed, get dd up, cook breakfast, eat and we are out the door by 7:00.
I wish I could be to work early...I used to be at work by 6:30 before DD was born.
I am ususally up around 7-7:15 Am, unless I have to go to work, then I am up at 5:15 AM. I have to be there at 6AM. Luckily it is only 5 minutes from home.
DH is up at 4:30 AM.
I gets up at 11:00 a.m. in the morning. I don't have to be at the ballpark until 4:00p.m. so I sleep late. Day games I get up at 8:00 a.m. and have be there at 9:00 a.m.
The alarm is set for 6 a.m., but I'm usually up before then, laying there waiting for the darn thing to go off and confirm it's time to get ready for work. Unfortunately, too many years of this means I'm awake by 6 on the weekends too. Having the baby get up in time for all of us to get out of the house on time on weekdays means he'd be getting us up at 6 on weekends anyway, even if I could reset my internal clock.
