What time do they let you into MVMCP?

We are going to MVMCP on Nov. 13 for the first time. We weren't planning on going to a park that day and were wondering what time they let you enter with MVMCP tickets? I know that the offical time is 7 pm but will they let you in a little early. We have been to MNSSHP and I know that they let you in a few hours early but wasn't sure about the MVMCP. Thank you for your help.

The last time we went was a few years ago and they let us in at 4pm. It was great to get into the park early. However, for us it started raining at like 7:30 for the entire night and we saw not one parade or show.
