What time do the ticket windows open?

Following on from the Fun in the Sun thread. I need to exchange my vouchers into tickets on the first day. But we want to be there early to see mickey and friends open the park. Does anyone know what time Guest Services open at the TTC, so that we can get this done early?

There will be at least one ticket window open when you get to the TTC whatever time that may be. If the transportation is operational (monorail, buses, parking lot trams) then you will be able to exchange your vouchers.
