What time do the pools close?

I don't think the pools are open all night, but they're often running movies on the Ariel TV until late (10-12ish). They will rope off the area when the pools are closed. They do close the Mickey Pool earlier than the others, but I think they drain/clean/refill all the pools each night.

I just checked the Navigators from our May 17th Wonder trip. Mickey's pool is open from noon till 10 p.m., Mickey's Splash zone is from noon to 8 p.m., Goofy's Pool is from noon to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 11 p.m. and the Quiet Cove is from noon to mid night.

Hmmm...those are strange hours...was this everyday? In January the Goofy & Quiet Cove pools opened at 6am and the Mickey pool at 8am and were all open straight through to their closing times. Wonder why they didn't open until noon? :confused3 The mornings are the best time to hit the pools!

The hours posted may be when there is a lifeguard posted. I know that we were in the Quiet Cove pool before noon at least one day. On the Mickey Pool, the slide is only open when there are CM's on duty.

I am assuming a Navigator is a schedule? Where did you get that and is there anyway I can get one so I can see when what things are going on?
We normally eat dinner late around our house due to our scheduls and I took the late dinner seating but now I am thinking maybe I should try and change it so we don't miss any good shows or other fun things that may be over by the time we get out of dinner. What do you think?

Samily, you are correct. Thanks for making me double check. :thumbsup2 This is pool hours on the first day. Regular hours are:
Goofy's pool 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., Mickey's pool 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Splash zone is 8 - 8, Quiet Cove is 6 a.m. to midnight.

The pool hours are on the navigator everyday. Either seating would work. If you eat late, I'd stick with the late seating because the shows start at 6:15 and early seating for us was 5:45 p.m., we were constantly rushing to make it to dinner on time. But we have a little one so we had little choice on that since he drives our schedule.

I can PM you the navigator when I figure out my scanner in the next couple of days if you don't mind waiting.

You can also go up to the top of this thread and select Planning in the blue line. There are several navigators there to look at depending on the type of cruise you are taking, 3, 4 or 7 day Western or Eastern.

You can see some Navigators here:

Just remember that they can change so don't rely on them 100% but they will give you a pretty good idea of what to expect.

Oh, thank goodness! I was hoping maybe it was only for one day - like they had a special event or something. Thanks for double checking!

for the Navigator, if you look at one don't be getting on the ship thinking activities will be at the same times. Navigators are great to look at to see types of activities, but things might be at different times each week. I know I went on two 7 days back-2-back and one week they had a activite at 12:00pm and the second week they had it at 10:00am.

A Navigator is a schedule of all the activities on the ship. One will be placed under your cabin door or on your bed each night for the next day. Extra copies are available in a rack by guest services, and there is a large copy posted by guest services. There are many sample navigators available on line, but the exact schedule for your cruise will appear each evening. You'll get the first one when you check in--for the first afternoon. The one for that evening will be in your cabin.

You won't miss any shows based on dinner time--if you have late dinner, you go to the shows first. If you have early dinner, the shows will be after dinner. You can't do everything in one cruise.....that's why we've done 20.
