What time do the phones open up to make ADR's?

I thought I read somewhere that you can start calling at 8 AM (EST). Is that right? My window opens up tomorrow and I am really hoping to get everything on my *wish* list! Thanks!

Yup...7 am (EST).

We called at 6 am (CST) at 180 days and had no problem getting anything even though we were on hold for more than 15 minutes.

A few weeks ago, we booked a last-minute trip and called for Le Cellier last week (and got a 7 pm ADR) and called yesterday for Chef Mickey's (and got a 5:15 pm ADR), and our trip is just over two months away.
