I've never toured WDW during October so I can't answer your question. I'll just bump this back to page one for you so that some of our veterans can help.

Official Disney hours only go to June.
3rd & 4th Quarter hours have not been released.

You can get estimated/projected/historical hours by going to the home page of this site and selecting Theme Parks - Theme Park Hours - Fill in your dates.
N.B. - these are historical hours...

It varies throughout the month. I was there at the end of Oct-early Nov last year and MK weekdays was typically 7pm as well as MGM. AK 5pm and Epcot 9pm. I am sure that the weekends and the days immediately around Columbus Day will have the parks open a bit longer. Remember that the days MNSSHP runs will have MK closing early.
