The CM I spoke to said I have to call ten days out, as three weeks isn't close enough for requests to be registered. Interesting. Oh, and I was told to have a magical day...

Thats odd DH called Disney to have something noted on ours and it was fine and we don't go until ocotober. He however did not get told to have a magical day

LOL, tell him I'd swap conversations, I'd far rather have my room requests noted so I don't have to increase my phone bill again PS... tell him to have a MAGICAL day!!

Click to expand... As you booked through Virgin Disney won't have your reservation yet - they only get them at 10 days out.

Click to expand... Thanks, I never knew that. I guess it doesn't bode well though, if other people who book through Disney can put in their requests 12 months in advance whereas we only have 10 days

They do pre-assign rooms however they can get switched if someone checking early requests a different room.
