What time do the Counter Service restaurants at DHS close?

We plan on using a counter service credit for dinner at DHS on Thursday August 20th. Does anyone know what time the different cs restaurants stay open until? The park is open until 9:00pm that night.

I'm thinking about Starring Rolls, ABC Commissary, Backlot Express, or Pizza Planet..... not the ones near Fantasmic (which I know stay open late).

According to "Passporter" the counter restaurants stay open until Closing. I'm considering "Flatbread Grill" as my cs choice - anyone have any info on that one?
