What time do temp checks start?

We are staying off-site and have to pick up tickets at the will-call kiosk (purchased from Tickets At Home). What time should we plan to arrive at the parking garage to get temp checks/tickets printed/bag check screeners to be entering at park opening? We want to maximize our morning time as much as possible.
