What time do I need to be at LAX?

When flying back to Canada, how far in advance do I need to be at the airport? How long does it take to get from DLH on a sunday on the shuttle bus. I haven't booked our our return flight yet.

I would aim for no later then 2 hours. Some times we have whisked through LAX in a very short time, other times the security lines are long..

I can't answer the shuttle question, we always rent a car... the drive is about 40 minutes if there is little to no traffic, but can be quite long if there is traffic.

The one time we used a shuttle to get to the Grand Calif, it was about 90 minutes to 2 hours just to get to our hotel from LAX... they had to drop off 2-3 other guys at their homes on the way.. after that we have always rented a car..

You need to be there at least 2 hours ahead. I can't remember how long the shuttle ride is though, didn't seem that long. My only comment is to double check that your flight is on time, etc. if you're flying Air Canada. Three times our flight was delayed by several hours and we ended up wasting our time in the airport.

I actually find the opposite. Anything Canadian related is always more accurately answered on the Canadian forum. There is a huge population of Canadian Disers who live out west and travel to Disneyland far more often than WDW.

OP since you are leaving on a Sunday, you won't have to deal with weekday commuter traffic. I have always made sure I have arrived 2 hours before my flight departs. That way you are prepared for any noobs that may interfere with the line movement
