What time do express passes run out @ IOA?

Especially for HULK, Duelling Dragons and Spiderman?

What can you get after 3pm?

It depends on what time of the year you go. In the off season, they can be available as late as 3:00 PM but in the busy season they can be gone by 11:00 AM.

You should be able to get express passes until noon or 1:00 for the most popular rides.

I was at Universal yesterday and Men in Black still had express passes after 3:00 PM. I was very surprised. They usually run out about the same time as Spider and Hulk. Tuesday shouldn't be very busy but the closer to the weekend you get the busier it will be.
