What time do DTD restaurants close?

We are staying at WDW from Aug 13 - Aug 23. We are going to US and Sea World for 3 days so we will have extra TS and CS credits. I was thinking we could head to DTD after US and SW closed and eat a late dinner to use our credits. US closes at 8 and SW at 9 the days we are there.

I'm not sure how late they stay open, but Disney Dining Reservations could tell you, my guess is some are open fairly late. Another option is to go to a signiture restaurant to use up two TS. Then, you only have CS, which could be used for arrival or departure day.
