What time do codes come out?

I am hoping for a summer AP code, but have to leave home at 7:30, and don't have easy access to a computer at work. Does anyone know what time in the morning the news seems to get posted? I happened to be home sick the day APs were posted last year (on Mousesavers and here), and I called right away, but I can't remember if it was 7 or 8 am. Thanks so much! Pam
