What time do AK restaurants stop serving? (especially Flame Tree)

What time are the TS & CS restaurants open in AK? Do they continue to serve after park closing? If we picked a TS restaurant - what could our latest ADR be?

I recently made an ADR for Yak and Yeti. The park closes at 5 that day, so the latest ADR they would give me is 4:15. Hope this helps.
