What time can you book FP+? In 60/30 day mark?

Is it midnight? Or would it be 5am as we are ahead of American time

It's 5am usually but currently 4am due to the current difference in Daylight Savings. I've found most stuff is readily available after that time though.

It's always Midnight EST so at the moment until Sunday it's 4am here, usually 5am. There is also a period in October/November where it is 4 hours difference as we change our clocks back before the US.
