what time can we arrive at Aulani?

We are staying in Waikiki prior to spending 3 nights at Aulani in March. We were planning on arriving mid morning from Waikiki to use pools/beach before our room is ready. Is this allowed? other things I should be aware of with early arrival? Thanks.

Yes that it definitely allowed! You can leave your luggage with bell services and enjoy the resort until your room is ready.

They will also give you a key card to use their lounge until your room is ready. It is a shared space, air conditioned room with some seating and a bathroom/shower. They have lockers but you can only use it for the time that you are in the shower. Do not leave anything in them because they will be gone.

If you have any items that need to be refrigerated you should know that there is no cold storage before your room is ready.
