What time can start to make on-line dining reservations?

If my reservation window opens up tomorrow, what is the earliest time that I can make dining reservations on-line? Is it midnight tonight or 7am tomorrow morning?

Online 6am EST, phone in at 7am.

Theoretically 7 am eastern. If the website is working. Took about 10 minutes for me this morning. Then it was still glitchy. There seemed to be a lot of availability for what I was looking for. If you're not an early bird, you might be able to get away with waiting until you wake up.

And don't be surprised if your epcot restaurants aren't available. I couldn't get anything I wanted today.
