What time can I start booking reservations?

Sorry for the overly simplistic question, but tomorrow is the day I can start booking. Is there a set time I can begin? I live on the East Coast (Long Island NY) incase there are time zone questions or issues.

5:45 am. I live in Ohio so we have the same time zone. I started trying for dining reservations at 6:00am when I did mine and could not get half of them. I later found out they started 15 minutes earlier . The hardest to get for me was Topolinos breakfast
and Sci Fi. I finally managed to get Sci Fi by setting up alerts.
Every time I get an alert for Topolinos it’s gone before I get in to book.

In my experience, including this morning, it never opens early. But I always try just in case
