What time can I make an ADR? And CP packages?

It's been awhile since I've made ADRs. I have only used the online system once. What time does that 180 day mark start? Midnight? Some other time in the morning?

And does anyone know when CP packages open?

I was able to book today at 5a.m. Texas time.

I've heard folks saying it might be August before the CP booking starts up.

Online at 6AM Eastern time.

Phone lines at 7AM Eastern time.

No information about CP packages yet, but last year they were available starting Aug 24.
