What time can I make ADR?

So I know the date I can make ADRs (thanks to the trusty magnet Disney sent me), but not sure of the time. Is midnight that day the "start" time for making ADRs? As I am on the West Coast, is that actually 9 pm or will I have to spoof an east coast IP location to have it recognize midnight?

You can start making ADRs online at 6:00 am ET and you can call in starting at 7:00 am ET. So, if you're on the west coast, you can start making reservations online at 3:00 am PT (the system will know, you do not need to spoof an IP or anything like that).
