What time can I enter the parks?

I have a 9:30 reservation at Tusker House. It is my understanding that even though the park opens at 9:00 I am still able to enter the park before opening. Is this correct?

With a 9:30 time I would expect that they will not admit you prior to 9

not with a 9:30 ressie. It has to be before 9 for them to let you in early
