What time are Poly Bungalows usually ready?

I am wondering if they are ready earlier because they aren't always booked or later because it takes more time to get them ready.

Could be either depending on your request, how many are occupied, how many checking out, how many housekeepers.

If they are anything like the studios, around 5:00pm (more than one occasion).

Still my favorite place to stay, but they really need to get some better housekeepers. We were told by BWV staff the the Poly has the slowest housekeepers. I guess they run on island time.

It has been reported that Disney has finally agreed that housekeeping is lacking. They are implementing a property wide project to hire additional housekeepers, increasing training and inspections. They have created a new management position for housekeeping quality control.
