What time are ADRs live these days? Still 6am EST?

My ADR day is tomorrow, what time do you recommend I log on - thanks!
 
6am eastern online and 7am eastern by phone.
I'd make sure you're ready by like 5:55am.
I would also be logged in on the app and website just in case.
