We always spend a fortnight in Florida, so we usually get a 7 day Hopper and a Flexticket and spend ten or eleven days doing the parks. That leaves a day at Daytona Beach, a day for shopping and chilling and some half days for staying at villa and having a swim.

This year we taking advantage of TCDs express check-in thingy (if anyone has used this, how well does it work?) so should be able to do MK or US on Boxing Day until lunch time at least.

We've been several times, but I always wonder if I'm getting the best VFM. Any alternate suggestions would be welcome.

We're long-time Annual Passholders at both WDW and Universal, so I don't really keep up to date with other ticket options. If you visit more than once a year, APs are a no-brainer. We love the flexibiltiy they provide. We can pop into a park for a couple of hours without feeling that we've "wasted" a day. We're not great at availing ourselves of all the discounts they afford, but we do at least always buy the Disney Dining Experience card which gets us a 20% discount on almost all table service eateries (including alcoholic beverages).

I'm sure someone else will be able to help with your TCD query. :thumbsup2

We always get a 14 day ultimate hopper for Disney before we go, then depending on how much time we have etc. We sometimes buy either a flex or individual tickets for other places while we are there.

Most times we get the UK 14 or 21 day pass. I have always founds these good value for money & don't mind going in for a few hours some days or not at all. It makes your holiday flexible. :)

We will always get the 21 day ticket and the 4 park flex ticket as they represent the best value for money and also, the last time we went for a 3 week holiday I ended up in hospital for a week so was really glad we were there for 3 weeks and had the ticket for 3 weeks!

Also, even if you visit each park, including the water parks for just one day each you will have already got your money's worth, as a single visit to each park for a day for us (family of 4) costs just over £110, times that by how many parks there are and that's the cost of the 21 day ticket, so any extra days spent in parks are already saving us money.

For us there is no other way as it leaves us free to park hop, spend a morning in a park and then do something else in the evening or vice versa and we don't feel that we HAVE to do a park every day to get our money's worth.

It's more expensive here to go to Thorpe Park or Chessington and I know where i'd rather spend my money!!

The cost of a 21 day ticket costs very little over a 14 day ticket and for an extra week it's so worth it :thumbsup2

That's what we like to do too. We like to cover ourselves so we can go to the Disney parks on every day of our holiday if we want to. Sometimes it's just nice to chill out during the day and then go to a park for an hour or two in the evening to watch the fireworks etc. We don't like being tied down to doing things on any particular day, we just go with the flow when we get there and do things that suits us on the day.

When we travel for 3 weeks we get a 14 day ultimate and a 14 day flex, perfect for a 3 week hol.
