What thread count for sheets?

FYI, I got some very nice 600 thread count sheets on sale at Nordstrom's Rack in the MOA. If you get up to the TC's, check and see if they still have them.

If you can't afford to splurge for high thread count sheets, you can do what I did once. I bought solid color sheets in a decent thread count (280ish) that felt good and splurged on solid pillow cases in a high thread count of good quality. Nothing better than soft pillowcases!

Nordstroms Rack...you got a good deal. I wonder if Ikea sells good sheets. I have to take DD to the MSP airport on the 8th for her trip to Orlando. Maybe I can run over to the Mall then.
