What the HECK is wrong with CRO

Ok after reading the first page of the WL thread, I called back to request North Wing Building B. Mind you I called before this to request a Magic Kingdom view and was told there was no such thing at the WL.

Anywayy not believing this person I called back and request this building. Well I find out that I was switched to 2 Concierge Rooms without even asking. This agent tells me that my new total is now 4000 something.

Ok now I'm pissed because I didn't ASK to be switched in the first place. I told her to switch it back. With an ATTITUDE she tells me sorry no more rooms available.
I told her she BETTER get someone on the line RIGHT NOW!!!! to put my reservation back the way it was (2 woodsview rooms.)

After 10 minutes of doing whatever they were able to switch it back.

It's one thing IF I did change it and turned around and changed my mind but that isn't the case here. The cm who told me there was NO such thing as a Mk view at WL and went on and on about how many times he stayed at WL took it upon himself to do so. I'm not saying he did it on purpose but DANGIT they need to watch what they're doing.

hi , to make a LONG story short -- had res for 2 rooms at the asMusic. had to call and change for code, was put on hold and the lady comes back and says "ok you are all set for your 3 NIGHT STAY. WHAT.........i was on the phone the other night almost 1 HOUR with a guy who said everything was ok. now she tells me this, no "Actually we are there for 7 NIGHTS w/2 ROOMS> so on hold again, llllllllllllshe says everything is set. yesterday i received 2 RES. forms. one was the original res and the 2nd one was for 3 DAYS.............hello im going to wait a few days and see if i get the correct res. form, if not i will call back...........i just hope we have our 2 rooms when we get there the end of August............h ah a

That happened to be me but opposite to you, they cancelled my concierge room luckly when I called back they still had it but if they didn't I think it wouldn't of mattered. They make MANY MANY mistakes

To the best of my knowledge there is no Mk view from WL. WL is way across the lake with obstructions to block any views of MK. It may be poosible that the top floor has something you might be able to see something of MK.It sounds to me like you are talking about CR not WL.

Some North facing Woods views have views of the MK Wishes and the Contemporary. Just hop on over to the WL thread and you should be able verify this fact.

You know if I see it or not doesn't really make a difference since we're in the parks late anyway.

I understand people make mistakes, but if you heard the huffing and puffing coming from this woman after I told her she needed to correct their mistake you would of thought she was in labor.

She had the FUNKIEST ATTITUDE I ever experienced from a cro agent which really set my pisstivity level on overload and she knew it

Funkiest attitude! I'm using that one from now on and pisstivity! I talked to someone who had the funkiest attitude! Really I did. I think we talked to the same lady, a particular lady I spoke to sounded like she was going into labor too with everyone question or phrase that came out of my mouth.

I think the word PISSTIVITY should be sent to Doctor dictionary on the net, that is a great word that I will be using myself now. Good think I don't work with you, you'd have me laughing all day.

No she was correct...Some of the rooms at The Wilderness Lodge have beautiful views of the MK, The Castle, Wishes, Monorail and Contemporary Resort from the North Wing Standard and Woods Views some do have trees blocking the view but many have a unobstructed view and late at night when your out on your balcony watching the Castle change colors it is beautiful. I know because I have stayed in one of these rooms and watched WISHES almost every night.

Actually 7th floor is concierge-it has views...6th floor is smoking-some views...then 5th floor would be the non-smoking rooms facing MK-maybe the trees are obstructing the view?

Not all rooms are smoking on the sixth floor...only from the elevator (close to Roaring Fork) down to the end of the wing are smoking, the rooms from the elevator back to the lobby are non-smoking. Some of the rooms on 5th floor also have the view but not many. Trees keep growning
