What the heck is this?

I was watching the "Behind the Scenes" Disneyland DVD with my daughter for the umpteenth time, when I spotted....this...

The DVD is dedicated solely to Disneyland, so it's not like they would reasonably be sharing footage between the two parks. Have you ever seen this? Do you have any clue what this is from?

My best guess was they got their footage confused and it's from WDW, and it somehow slipped through in their QC department.

Help solve this mystery!

Hmmm ... he looks familiar from my December trip. Is he over on Big Thunder Mountain? I don't recognize him from WDW at all.

If I had to guess, I would say that he would fit the best somewhere in BTMRR, but I've never ever seen him there, so I don't know. It's seriously driving me a little nutty.

Good eye. That is BTMRR in the MK, it has a flood scene. That guy can be viewed from thier railroad too.

Nah. It was literally 3 seconds of footage that caught my attention because I knew I'd never seen it, and I was almost positive it wasn't at Disneyland. I'm a retired sleuth now.
