What temp. do you keep your house at?

In the summer we're at 71 during the day and 68 at night.

In the winter we're at 65 all day.

I would keep it at 67 all the time in the summer if there were no financial or environmental considerations!!! That sounds great!

I wouldn't want to pay your sisters electric bill . When we have to have the air on it's at 78 when we're not home, 76 when at home during the day and 74 at night for sleeping. At 74 it's chilly downstairs. In the winter the highest it goes is 70.

Heat is on 68. Central air is on 70.

One thing for sure...I want a cold nose at night because its the only way I can sleep.

I dont know how you fellow texans are affording a 60something ac bill! I keep mine at 78 in the summer and 76 in the winter. Its all A/C all year. My electric bill was over $300 last month at 78. We use ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the living room.

It looks like we're the same as a lot of you...72ish in the summer (DH inches it up, and I inch it back down) and 68ish in the winter. I can't stand being hot.

Our basement doesn't have AC. DS15's bedroom is down there, and he keeps 2 or 3 fans blowing on him. It was DD13's bedroom last summer (they've switched back and forth a couple of times) and she slept upstairs in DD6's room most of the summer.
