I never know quite what to take. So please let me know what you are taking and what it is for (if its not obvious).

Right now I'm taking calcium (per my gyno), One a Day weight Smart Vitamin, Flaxseed oil pill.
:D

Folic acid, per my doctor, CLA which I read keeps you from gaining fat back once you lost it (it kind of locks the doors to your fat cells once the fat leaves) and a PMS formula vitamin from GNC, for obvious reasons!

I was taking Ephedra free Ultra-Beta Trim Fat burner, but it turns me into a raving B!&@#, so I stopped taking it.

a multi- vitamin, coenzyme 10, L caratene, calcium/magnesium, then my other meds.

None right now, but I am going to start some research to find a "natural" supplement to help with my PMS! I am hoping that over the next few months my symptoms will decline (with the healthier eating and exercising). :) If not, then I need to find something natural to help! D'oh!

Right now I'm taking an iron pill everyday, my doctor wants me to take this to keep up my iron because I don't eat any meats.
I also drink Supergreens everyday by Innerlight. They have a lot of leafs, elms and barks and grasses that us non meat eaters need (they are yummy, no carbs) and they give me a lot of energy!

I am currently taking -
1 a day Multi-Vit,
Chromium to help with the weight loss,
Zinc cos it helps keep stinky colds at bay,
Glucosamine for my dodgy knee,
Garlic - I dunno why, but everyone says it's good for you, Evening Primrose for PMS (keeps evil mummy at bay),
Sea Kelp to boost my dopey thyroid

I take L-Carnitine and Co Q 10 (this is to encourage fat burning, Atkins recommends it). My husband takes the CoQ10 for his blood pressure, since starting Atkins he has been able to stop taking Lopressor but I feel better for him to take a supplement for it just in case. It may do absolutely no good, I have no idea. It is for my own comfort that I make him take that.

I've always taken calcium supplement because I don't drink milk or eat yogurt and never have.

I've always taken a multivitamin. Especially after my husbands heart attack when they put him on that diet where he lost weight but his cholesterol went way too high. It was a low fat diet. Almost killed him :( We both started taking a multivitamin then.

I also make him take fish oil because the oils in that are so good for his heart. I take two fish oil capsules too, just for fun :) It's fat, I'm always looking for ways to increase my fat intake :)
