What sticks to glitter paper?

Target has glitter paper 2 for 99 cents so I picked up a few packages. I did a few pages tonight but could not get anything to stick to that glitter paper. I tried glue stick, clear tabs, liquedy glue nothing worked. I just put it on the paper and put something heavy on top and hoped for the best! Does anyone know what type of glue to use for glitter paper? It's really nice, I would hate not to use it.

Glue dots, zots -- they will stick to anything!

Glue dots have been the only thing that works for me. I also find that I have to use a few more than I normally would.
