What Stays open late at WDW?

After the theme parks close what stays open? My g/f is a first timer to WDW and I was wondering where I can take her after the parks close

The clubs and bars in DTD are open until 2AM. The Boardwalk area has ESPN Zone, JellyRolls (a dueling piano bar which is fun) and the dance club that are all open until 2 AM. If you have the energy after a day at the parks, there is enough to do.

The stores at DTD close at 12 on weekends and 11 on weekdays I think. PI is open until 2am.

Jellyrolls is awesome, and that is over at the Boardwalk, I'm not sure what time that is open until though, I would guess midnight or 2.
