I’ve learned that getting comfortable with it is a lot better than driving myself crazy trying to keep up a standard that quickly gets destroyed by the little people I live with.I work from home so I don't leave my house to go to work either. The bed gets made about 75% of the time before starting work.

Same here I work from home and we have a dog no kids. It always seems like no matter how much we clean the house dog hair is always around so we don’t stress ourselves out about it.My dumb self read the question twice before opening the thread and still thought the correct answer was “Georgia?”
I don’t “go” to work so I get to sit in the mess all day.I’ve learned that getting comfortable with it is a lot better than driving myself crazy trying to keep up a standard that quickly gets destroyed by the little people I live with.
Whatever state it was in the night before plus one dirty coffee cup. I do absolutely nothing in the morning except get myself ready and get out. In a million years I wouldn't do household chores in the morning. I barely do them at night, on work days. That's what Saturday is for.Same here, but I have learned to be okay with itWish it were different, but my house is never spotless. Tidy? Maybe. Never spotless.

Same. I leave my house in MA and go to CT for work.My dumb self read the question twice before opening the thread and still thought the correct answer was “Georgia?”![]()
