What souvenirs do you like to purchase?

Beach towels! There's so many different designs. Very useful. And people are always very happy when I give them as gifts.

I used to buy t-shirts but the quality is just awful now.

I agree. I like blue shirts, but the other year like 3/4 of the shirts I liked were all blue. I didn't want a totally blue wardrobe, lol.

That and it's not WDW specific, it's just Disney Parks specific, so it's sold in Cali too.

I'd love to collect all 12 different monorails (the actual battery operated set with the track)... but yeah, since at least 2014 the colors have been blue and orange. So no different colors in 3 years and a $89.95 price tag... I bought 1... for now, that's enough.

We always get pins - we usually come home with more than we anticipated buying. :rolleyes1Also we usually each get a t shirt (themed because we go during either Halloween or Christmas). I remember back in the day when they used to have stuffed animals of just about any character you could think of and you could only get them in the park - I have a HUGE Bagheera with glow in the dark eyes that I got in Adventureland back when I was in high school. Now, like others have said, it's the same small selection everywhere, including online. I am a big plush collector and it super bums me out.

I only buy Christmas ornaments but now my tree is full. I might buy a couple for DD. But I now have a new grand daughter, first grandchild, so I just might find her something....:rolleyes1

T-shirts (I wear t-shirts almost exclusively anyway), Christmas ornaments (I like to buy Mickey ear ones), and I try to find something Sorcerer Mickey when I go because I collect him.

We collect vinylmations, pins, and art work like figurines or prints. We like to shop.......a lot!

Honestly just photos ...I like a LOT of the stuff they offer but have no where to put it.

We usually just end up with an ornament with the year on it and a stuffed animal for DD

My go to souvenir is art prints. I love Larry Dotson and I hope to collect all the WS pavillion prints, plus any print of the resorts we have stayed at. Unfortunately I am running out of wall space though.
Last trip I got a couple sets of stemless wine glasses and a F&W Dooney.

I am a sucker for pins.

Usually try to get them related to the trip - resort we stay at, favorite rides, events, etc

Well I must say I'm a sucker for souvenirs. I like t shirts, prints, home decor, kitchen items, bathroom items, mugs and just about anything Disney. My wife only has a few things like a shirt a Disney purse and pandora charms lots of Disney charms

We always get an ornament with the year. This past trip I got a Mickey (dressed as a vampire) popcorn bucket, and a Mickey hat (Hurricane Matthew winds did a number on my hair. )

Too much :rotfl2:

I like to have a magnet for every resort I have stayed at. If I go somewhere new, I purchase that first thing! Besides that, I just browse the stores and consider things that intrigue me. It could be a print, ornament, stuffed animal, etc. I also obsessively check the Shop Parks app and keep a bunch of stuff in my cart and try to convince myself I don't need any of it. The free shipping on any order promo that just ended helped me justify purchasing a 2017 cinch bag.

I always think I am not going to get much because I have so much, but then I always have a struggle getting stuff back in the suitcase to come home! I usually get a couple of pins for whatever special event or holiday I am there for (usually Halloween or Christmas), I like to have one for any new resort I might be staying at. Kitchen items and stationery items are also big for me. And several plushies have found their way home on recent trips too. And then there are the Vera Bradley and Dooney and Bourke bags...and...and....

I like getting a coffee mug that is dated with the year.

Lately, I've really enjoyed getting the limited prints they something have available for a special event or season. For example there is usually one for food and wine, flower and garden, the new festival of the arts..

When I first started thinking about what I buy I was like, "Oh, I don't buy that much! I just collect a few things like Alex and Ani bracelets" but then I thought more and I buy A LOT.

In addition to the Alex and Ani bracelets I collect Christmas ornaments and art prints; usually the postcard sized ones from Wonderground but I have a few other prints as well. I've been working on my You Are Here mug collection from Starbucks, I buy pins from resorts I visit and any Lion King pin, I've bought a couple sipper cups (Baymax and BB-8), lots of shirts, specifically sweatshirts, always make sure I have a Disney keychain, some Minnie ears, blankets, etc etc. I really like Disney souvenirs apparently!

Photos are the best souvenirs. I have a lot of Disney T-shirts and hats (for me, it's unthinkable to ever spend a day in the parks without wearing one of each), so I only add to that collection if one really grabs me. We used to love the variety of lenticular cups, but now they hardly offer any. What happened to those?

I don't bother buying Disney souvenirs for my relatives anymore. I used to buy them as gifts. They would unwrap the gift, look at it, remark how nice it is...then plunk it on a shelf as decoration and forget about it.

On the other hand, my g.f. LOVES the Nightmare Before Christmas coffee mug I got her at Disneyland last year, and makes good use of it every morning.
