What sort of Room Only Rates are at Portifino and Hard Rock? Do they have concierge?

During off-season, a standard room at Portofino is $160/night. At Hard Rock it is $117.50/night. These rates are with the Entertainment discount. Maybe someone else can help you with the concierge rates. I booked my reservations through 1-800-711-0080. I can't remember exactly where that number leads you to, I'm thinking it's the Universal Resorts number. I'm sure they can give you the rates you request.
