What sort of movie snacks does your theater carry?

We just have the basic popcorn, hot dog, drinks, Icee, ice cream and candies. :(

The movie theater near us (Larger Canadian Chain) carries popcorn, soft drinks, frozen beverages, nachos, hot dogs, various chocolate/candy treats, TCBY items, items from Pretzel-Maker, cotton candy, some coffee type beverages, and perhaps a few others I believe.

I logged on just for this post because I LOVE our movie theater.

It has milkshakes, cotton candy, fudge, mexican food, pizza, salads, sandwiches (I always get a B.L.T. with fries and a Coke), Burgers, wraps---all sorts of stuff. And the best part is that you can bring it into the theater with you.

They also have a mug that costs $11.00. It's refillable and only costs a dollar to fill/ visit.

They even have showtimes for new releases for people over 21, and on the flip side, they have movie showings for moms where they have "stroller valet", keep the lights a little brighter, and turn the sound down. And for most of the movies, you can reserve your seat.

It is great, super clean, and caters to everyone.

Most of them around here have the usual stuff. But a few have really great things. One has fresh popped kettle corn, starbucks, hagen daas, and nathan's hot dogs. There is one theater close by that also has a bar.

Most of ours are pretty normal. We do have a neighborhood theatre that serves great local brewery beers, pizza and subs along with the popcorn and candy.

Most of the theaters we visit have the normal, boring stuff soda, popcorn, candy, hot dogs...

The two good ones (Magic Johnson's and one other)carries all of the normal stuff plus

pizza
Nathan's hot dogs, hamburgers, fries and onion rings
funnel cakes with a variety of toppings
ice cream
hot wings
chicken fingers
fries (they have to best seasoned curly fries)
pretzels
nachos

I pick the theater based on what I want to eat. If we eat before the movie, then I'll go to the boring theater. If not, we'll pick one of the good ones.

The same candy that wal-mart has except $4 more expensive.

I never buy anything at movie theaters anymore. Everytime I go to the movies, the ticket prices have increased. It costs more for my wife and I to go to the movies than it does to buy the DVD when it gets released

basic popcorn, soda, candies, nachos, hot dogs - that's about it - not even ice cream, come to think of it...

Nachos and pretzels are the only thing different then candy, pop, and popcorn. We went to a movie in Winnipeg, Canada and they had a great set up. They had a mall-like food court with McDonalds, Taco Bell, Subway, etc and they had lap trays to hold your pop/food. It was great!

We have those as you said, plus nachos, candy bars, energy drinks (because you need to be off the wall caffeinated for a movie), cheese fries... and a bunch of other poop I'd never put into my mouth. Really is junk food heaven there, all for twice the cost of actually buying the ticket.
