In the I could not script this if I tried file:
When I entered the house of Jack, Sally, Mordie and Ferdie yesterday, Mordie and Ferdie were watching the episode of Full House where they all go to WDW. I kid you not, I managed to impress them by explaining why Steve appeared as Aladdin, although Mordie pointed out that Steve wasn't just Aladdin.
They then received their gifts, they both knew their lanyards were for pin trading immediately. Mordie looked into his bag, saw an autograph book, and asked "You talked to Minnie about this, didn't you?" I said that Minnie had said they wanted them, and Mordie agreed. Ferdie was mainly interested in his retractable Sharpie. They proudly showed Jack their lanyards. We headed off to the theatre, Mordie was highly amused by Magic Kingdom in the sky, which is on my "Mordie" playlist of appropriate songs for the boys. I had left my copy of Walt Disney World Trivia in the backseat, and Mordie got to work preaching it to Ferdie, as well as quizing him. Feride was quite proud when he got the year WDW was opened in right (even though he confessed to Mamakat that he guessed). As we were riding along, Mordie started prodding Ferdie as to what they would do if their hotels had bunkbeds. I responded they did not, but it came out something like "no, neither of your hotels have bunkbeds," like "no bunkbeds for you!" or something. Apparently Auntie Heather should not park the car and discuss WDW at the same time.
Our seats were good; however, there was a group of three women next to us and two girls behind us, who did not stop talking the entire time. I swear, it took every bone in my body not to passive aggressively praise Mordie and Ferdie for behaving (and , gasp, occasionally whispering to each other, as refined threatre-goers do, rather than talking at full volume).

Mordie was highly amused at the 50's themed pre-show warnings that took place, which I took as a good omen for his enjoyment of 50's PTC. They show was very good, it's a theatre in the round, which I felt they used to their advantage more this year than during HSM last year. The stage was decorated with records, I asked if the boys knew what they were. Mordie correctly identified them, Ferdie said he thought they were CD's, as he knew they had to do with music. Shockingly, we discussed WDW during intermission. Mordie announced that he and Ferdie were seeing Fantasmic, even though it "scared me to death when I was five. I've only been so scared one other time in my life." I asked when else. Mordie didn't know. Ferdie is looking forward to ToT, but "wants" to try RnR-can't fault that honesty. LOL. Mordie is also gung-ho to try Summit Plummet, which worries me a little-Mordie's slender, and I'm convinced he's going to snap in two or something. Ferdie also wants to try it, but think he may be too short. We enjoyed the rest of the show.
In the car to the mall, the boys discussed their plans to go on Kali, then go on EE to dry off. I told them some people joke about going on Primval Whirl to spin off dry, they asked if it worked. They were planning on getting two fastpasses, one for Kali, one for EE, until I pointed out you pretty much can't do that. Ferdie wants to go on Everest 10 times in a row, and then Ferdie and Mordie were discussing how it would be if they were the only people on EE. At this point, Mordie pointed out that Ferdie got sick on EE the last trip in 06. Ferdie argued he was not sick, he just didn't like it (his actual words to Mickey were "I didn't like that ride."). This then devolved into a discussion of what would happen if the Yeti was real and it escaped.
Once we were at the mall, we met up with the MamaKat. I prompted them to tell MamaKat about their gifts. "I got a lanyahd and a Sharpie!" Announced Ferdie. He then mentioned the autograph book. Apparently Mordie and Ferdie are writing a letter to WDW suggesting they set up a "House of Mouse" on Main St USA. They plan on using their Sharpies. MamaKat asked what their plans were their first day. "Sleep." Replied Mordie."And the next day?" "We're going to Epcot. There are two things I want to do, but my mom and dad can pick."
Everyone else is at 12 days! I'm at 18! Woohoo!
