Just a note, I never bring fresh fruit because it gets super sticky and attracts bees. I own a food dehydrator (yes, I loved infomercials in the early 90s) and I make apple chips and banana chips, sometimes strawberry chips (pretty sure you can buy these as well). I also bring goldfish and cheerios. I try to stay away from salty things like potato chips and crackers because it will make them thirsty. I also start cleaning and hoarding our "Fruit on the Bottom" yogurt cups before I leave because they have a lid and fit nicely into our stroller's cup holder, and just put the "snack rations" in those instead of bags. Oh, and since my DD has a tendency to lose her sippy cups, and since juice boxes become weapons in her hands, I buy some of those sport water bottles with the little valve, and use those for drinks. I also buy disposeable kids flatware for restaraunts.
