What small things do you do to "spoil" yourself?

it takes very little to make me happy. i buy myself a few new pairs of undies for $3.99 each 2 x a year during the VS semi-annual sale, and if i can afford it and i need one, i might throw in a 1/2 price bra. honestly, i can't think of anything else. a massage sounds great, though.

Grande caramel frappuccino from Starbucks. :lovestruc

American Eagle has a 8/$25 undie sale every once in awhile.. I usually treat myself to that, and if I'm REALLY stressed then I REALLY stock up.. 16/$50  I looove new underwear.. (tmi!?)

My fiance & I are also pretty bad about going to the 24 hour store down the street from us when we get off work at midnight, and we get some ice cream or a frozen pizza. That usually happens once every week or two.

I used to buy a TON of makeup & perfume from Nordstrom when I worked there, but I've been trying to cut back - it's a lot bigger of a budget buster without the employee discount. :goodvibes

I love stopping off in a nice café for a cappachino and chocolate cake. :cloud9: It's funny this thread came up now. We've been living on a tight budget recently (damn recession) and I've cut out all non-essentials but I just decided a few days ago I need my cappachino and chocolate treat once a week. I'm not cutting it out!! It makes me happy. I'm a bit simple like that. LOL!

i walk to the library. even if i dont borrow anything, it makes me happy to be surrounded by all those books.

walk to the bakery and buy something really sugary. with lots of whipped cream.

eat raw cookie dough.

if im out to dinner and not driving, i might get a drink or two.

if im in town, i buy myself an iced chocolate or chocolate frappe with whipped cream.

Curling up on the couch with a good book for an hour.

Taking an afternoon nap.

Treat myself to lunch out (alone) occasionally.

Spend too much time chatting on the computer. :goodvibes

Spend too much time playing SIMS3.

Pumpkin Seeds
And I spend too much time playing with the dogs before they leave for work when I'm technically supposed to be working from home...I always get my work done, but my roommate doesn't leave until around 9:30 and I play with them until then.

Buying items at Kohls for 80% off

Beach towels, I buy them from all over and use only about 20% of them.
I can't resist one on sale or a pretty one.

When I grocery shop at Wegman's, I treat myself to a nice little platter of sushi. I feel I deserve it and it makes the shopping trip fun!

Haha, I didn't think that anyone else would have said sushi! Sushi's a splurge for me so it definitely is a treat. It'll be difficult keeping it an occasional treat now since I found a new place by my house that delivers ...

I'm pretty simple it doesn't take much to make me happy. I like naps, books, and wine in that order and just a little alone time.

I love sushi, too...just don't consider it a special treat because I eat it so often :)

My treating myself usually is getting a nice stack of books with a Borders coupon, or finding some nice clothes on a clearance rack.

Buying new books instead of going to the library, and ordering them from Amazon.

Vanilla latte from Starbucks. I have to limit myself and only go once a week because they are so fattening.
