What size coffeemaker in the studios?

Just wondering. We're very new DVC Members. My mom was going to buy one of those stainless steel coffeemakers for Christmas that travels well (since we will probably be staying in studios alot, and up until now have been in just hotel rooms-- and I've been complaining endlessly about the Nescafe). If the studios just have the 4 cup coffeemakers then I'll still ask her for it (making 2 pots of coffee is a pain-- I'm lazy), but if its an 8 or a 10 cup, then I'll tell her not to get it (It's sad, I'm 33 and still my mom wants me to give her a Christmas list). Thanks!

I've stayed at the studios in the WLV and BWV and both times I had the 10 cup pot. My daughter stayed in a studio in BWV and had a 4 cup pot. I'm sure if there is a 4 cup pot, you will be able to switch it for a larger one as both sizes seem to be available for the studios. Yes, making 2 pots is a pain with the 4 cup pot (that's what they have at the moderate and delux resorts).

In about 10 trips in a studio, I've only gotten the little 4-cupper twice. And I've been told that if you get the small pot and want the bigger one, just call housekeeping and they'll bring one.

Do these use round or pointy filters? We will bring our own coffee, but I always guess wrong. I now have both, but can't remember which type to bring down!

I was so worried about this myself at the BWV this past summer and, fortunately, we had a 10 cup coffeemaker.
