It will be a Friday, and DS has to be at the Dock at 9:15 for his 9:30 cruise - I believe its 2 hours - what would you do? Late BF someplace in the boardwalk area?? Is there anything else to do in that area that early?

TIA

I was gonna say sit by the pool and have a few pina colada's, but that's a little early I guess! (That's my plan while dd is at the Wonderland Tea Party).

Yes, I would do a breakfast. I hear Spoodles is really good for breakfast!

Here's a list of restaurants in that area with breakfast/lunch/dinner (B/L/D) indicators. I love Spoodles for breakfast, also the Yacht Club Galley. For a quickie breakfast, the Boardwalk Bakery is great, you can take your food out to eat by the water! Resort hopping is fun since there are 5 right there to see. Thre are some shops as well.
Enjoy! :sunny:

I almost forgot, you could rent a surrey bike for a spin around the lake! :sunny:

I also vote for Spoodles for breakfast. DH, DD6 and I went last march and the breakfast is very good. Also, they have bloody marys! :cool1: Boardwalk has a very different feel in the mornings---It's quiet, perfect for a some time alone! Enjoy! :goodvibes

DH and I walked over to the Swan and had breakfast at Fresh. It was wonderful! We had time to walk over and browse the Boardwalk shops before the kids were done. Then we raced them back from the Boardwalk boat launch.

Surrey bike rental doesn't start until sometime in the afternoon.

We went to Spoodles for Breakfast, it was pretty good. Then we walked through the Y&BC - hadn't been there. If you haven't stayed at the BW, its worth a peek, too.

If you are fast and without kids, you can probably make it into Epcot and through the single rider line on Mission:Space.

I actually like the cruise out of the GF better because I think its more fun to have breakfast at the Poly and wander the Poly grounds.

I love that area in the morning. Fresh & Spoodles have wonderful breakfasts. My favorite breakfast places in WDW. You could also grab a quick pastry at BW Bakery & hit Epcot for a little bit. If you like to visit resorts, the Epcot area resorts are all beautiful.
