You'll probably get as many recommended plans as there are people who reply.
That said, here's my 2 cents:
Grab Fast Passes for Space Mountain on the way in to ride it. The FPs will be for you to use later in the day.
Once you are off of Space, you will probably still have a half hour or so wait before you can collect your next FP. Spend it by hitting the Matterhorn (small wait), then Buzz (probably walk on). Star Tours, too, if you got the time before heading over to Adventureland.
It should be time to collect another FP, so grab one for Indy. You can ride it now if you want, but personally I'd probably head on to POTC and the Haunted Mansion at this point. (HM will have the Holiday overlay, and will get increasingly busy as the day goes on. Though FPs will probably be available there, I would just hit the standby line early enough.)
Now you have several options, depending on your desires and whether you can get another FP yet or not. If you can, then you might want to grab one for Splash (assuming, that is, that you would rather ride Splash later in the day when it is warmer). Otherwise, you can probably do BTMRR standby without too long of a wait this early and pick up the Splash FP afterwards. (Unless you are real pirate freaks, I would not recommend wasting time going over to the Pirates Lair on Tom Sawyer's Island.)
Is it time to head over to DCA yet? Maybe you can get in a Jungle Cruise on the way.
