What should I request for std view BWV?

I'm a little late to the dance here, but I've got a question. We've got a BWV Standard View Studio in a few weeks. Is this the same as the 1 bedroom units being discussed here? Also, as someone renting points from a DVC member, what's the best way for me to make this request, at check-in or otherwise?

Thanks,
Bill From PA

No, the corner one bedrooms being discussed here have a kitchen/living room- and these corner rooms are really unusual - there aren't many of them and the shape of the resort makes them unusually large for BWV rooms. The studios are more like regular hotel rooms - except instead of two beds they have one bed and a pullout couch and they have a kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, sink, coffee maker).

The best way to make a request is to have the owner call and add requests to the reservations. You can also just try to make them at check in. As I've said before, I've had lousy luck getting requests met at BWV - but I'm not the type to press either.

In my experience, the BWV preassigns rooms.

I agree with crisi - ask the owner to call MS and ask your requests to the resrevation. You can ask again at check in, but the CM may not have a lot of leeway to accomodate.

We must be the only ones who request 1st floor. With a baby in a stroller, it is easier for us to come and go out of any door. (Esp. if we are far from the elevators).
