We're having a children's Christmas party on Saturday for about 60 children who will be having breakfast with Santa. They'll then get to sit and visit with him. While they're waiting, they can write a letter to him. In turn, Santa and his elves will write a letter back and include the picture of him with the child. What tips can I give to Santa to help make writing the letters go as quickly and easily as possible??:santa:

TIA!

Just a bump in hopes someone will have some ideas!

Basically hoping for a form letter but not sure what to include. My kids are just getting Santa and letter writing and the such so I don't have any experience or examples to go by!

Thanks!

How old are the kids and what is the forum for the event? School, church, civic organization sponsored? Just give us a little more info....:goodvibes

Sorry! It's the fire department's Children's Chirstmas party-breakfast with Santa. It'll be "little ones" of the fire fighters-I'd say most are like elementary school ages or younger. We're going to let the kids write Santa a letter before sitting with him-should we just go off that and address each person's letter individually or should we make a form letter?? We could easily add something for the parents on the back of the form letters the kids will be using (like a little "cheat sheet" for Santa about their friends or something like) if it would help.

Thanks for the website suggestion-I'll have to go check that out. We're just looking for something fun and easy. Every little kid loves to get mail-and from Santa with a picture none the less! :goodvibes :santa:

Thanks so much for the help!

I think I'm going to make a "back" to the letter for the mom/dad/adult to fill out to help Santa out a bit with some "personal" information. How does this sound?

Best Friend's Name:
Does Child have siblings?
Child's Hobbies/Interests:
Any other information Santa should know:

If he does this as a seasonal job he probably already has some pre-written form letters. If not furnish him info in advance to do this.
