have booked beach club 1 bed for end nov but the points total on my booking are wrong i have used all my points i had the points for the trip but they have calculated them wrong so they should be points left but they are not worded about speaking to them just in case they say i cant have my booking hope this make seance:confused3

1. Check again to be sure you added up the point total correctly. What are the dates of your trip? Do any of your dates fall in Magic Season, which is November 25-27 this year? Check to ensure you are using the point totals from the correct seasons.
2. Call Member Services and ask them to give you the point total for your booking. If it is not what you expect, ask them to explain why.
3. I'm not sure how a booking can even be processed if you don't truly have the points for it, so I wouldn't be worried that they're going to take your reservation away.

this should of seed 92 points so as they have it wrong they should be 44 points left but they say there are only three which would be write if the booking said 92

So you have a confirmation that says 48 points? My hunch is it's a printing error or glitch and that the correct number of points ARE being pulled from your account, which is why you see that you only have 3 remaining. I would call to confirm your reservation verbally and request a new confirmation.
 

At BCV for those dates, a studio is 48 points. A 1 bedroom is 92 points.

that's what i was a worded about but the booking form says one bed room i think that's why i don't what to call as i would hate to have a studio when i what'd a one bed room
 
What does the DVCMember website show?
 
I think you need to double check your account through the website and then call and confirm with MS.

Regardless of what the letter says, if you have only had 48 points pulled from your account (which is the amount needed for a studio) and a studio is booked, that is all that will be available for you when you arrive, even if the confirmation letter says 1 bedroom.

Now, if you have a 1 bedroom listed on your account, and it shows that you are using 92 points, then you do indeed have a 1 bedroom, and I would call MS and ask them to send you an updated confirmation with the correct information.
